I woke up not being able to move due to pain in the lower left side of my back and left hip. I went in for a 30 min treatment with Dennis and he worked on my hip flexors and hip abductors which completely loosened everything up and I was able to hop into my car and make it to work after I was seriously considering canceling and laying in bed all day.
