I’m a husband, a dad, cup winning goalie in a local co-ed ice hockey league. I followed my dreams to become a massage therapist, leaving behind a 15 year career as an IT professional. Client focus has always been first and foremost for me. I have gone from troubleshooting computer problems to identifying crucial treatments to provide healing and pain relief for my clients.
How? I listen. I prod, I ask questions. I make a call on a treatment that is customized to you. You’re a unique person, and you need a treatment that is specific to the pain you’re feeling.
Call me, leave me a message on WhatsApp.
All you have to lose is the pain that you’ve been carrying.

RAPID Specialist - Upper and Lower Body, Core
Massage therapy consists primarily of hands-on manipulation of the soft tissues of the body, specifically, the muscles, connective tissue, tendons, ligaments and joints for the purpose of optimizing health.
RAPID is a type of massage that treats aches and pains by focusing on the nerves rather than muscle tissue. It’s a lotion-free technique, so the client remains clothed, and the treatment is movement-based to encourage the client to perform active motion. Find out more about RAPID below.
Combination of massage therapy and RAPID NFR treatment. The best of both worlds in one session.
The purpose of RAPID is to reset nerve hypersensitivity back to neutral. The high intensity of the technique along with the client’s active movements allows the body to downgrade pain and reprogram sensory information processed by the brain. This then causes an immediate change in how the body responds to what it’s now feeling. It’s for this reason that treatment lengths are shorter and the results last longer. Movement and return to activity are highly encouraged after a RAPID treatment to reinforce the changes created by the body.
RAPID doesn’t physically alter tissues, it’s just changing the information from the nerves, so it’s able to be used for many conditions and contributes greatly to faster healing.
